At Upwork, I led a large, diverse team of UX content designers, strategists, and information architects. As a player/coach, I also:
- Tripled the size of my team during my years there—budgeting, hiring, and setting vision for the practice of UX content design, information architecture, and product strategy at Upwork
- Created a first-of-its-kind IA team to sit within my department, staffed with senior and principal level architects
- Concepted and launched various AI features
- Led an overhaul of the brand voice and tone for the main digital ecosystem and enterprise web pages
- Launched training programs for designers and content designers in IA and the product design process
